Hugo Cedeño founded Arcco Group in 2006 while in college under the vision that his company would provide design services. Little did he know clients began asking him to manage their construction projects catapulting him into the construction industry head first! 

 

Residing in The Woodlands, Texas, he possesses over 19 years of professional experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of science in Environmental Design.

 

An accomplished entrepreneur, he also co-founded and subsequently divested an oil and gas startup, Venice Engineering & Consulting, back in 2012. Proceeds from this venture were strategically allocated towards debt retirement and the initiation of a real estate investment career leveraging his AEC experience. Over a span of 13 years, he has executed in excess of 150 real estate flips commercial and residential combined, contributing approximately $90 million to the market through comprehensive project management and vertical integration. Furthermore, his supporting role in other AEC projects totals an estimated $800 million in value to the market place.

His company is poised for significant expansion within Houston's commercial construction industry, driven by regional growth and market demand.

 

Outside of his professional endeavors, he loves hiking, camping on the river, riding his motorcycle,  traveling, celebrating mass, and spending time with his Wife Julia, three children, and puppy Chloe.
