The Bunkhouse is a studio guest house that fits right in your own backyard. Use it for guests, a pool house or a home office, with a kitchenette, a full bath and a covered porch.
A 24x18 guest house, pool house or backyard office with a kitchenette, a full bath and a 240 SF covered porch (672 SF under roof). How guest house pricing works. Our guest house prices assume we tie in to your existing home's water, sewer and electric, with runs of up to 75 feet plus a subpanel. New utility service (electric, well or septic), upgrades to the main home's electrical panel or septic system, and city or MUD tap fees are extra. Porches are priced as concrete slabs; a wood deck like the one in the renderings is an optional extra.
Every price includes our 1-2-10 new building warranty (1 year on workmanship, 2 years on systems, 10 years on structure).
