StreetFront 10 is a 10,000 SF retail shell with 5 bays, built for strip-center and main-street tenants. Each bay (40' x 50', 2,000 SF) has a 28' storefront with its own entry, a rear service door and an ADA restroom. 50' clear span, a 22' parapet, a single-slope roof hidden behind the parapet, open steel canopies over the storefronts and one continuous front sidewalk. Demising walls are non-rated and can be left out to combine bays. Delivered as an unconditioned shell, with up to 10,000 conditioned SF after tenant finish-out. Mezzanine options available, subject to local code review. Choose from 5 facades (timber, limestone, brick, stucco or steel) and get a shell package sealed for your site by our licensed PE, ready for you to submit for permit review. Same building, your choice of front. Every Shell Series model offers all five facades. Packages from $25K, credited toward the build if Arcco builds it. Repeat building of the same design: $7.5K. Facade customization: $6.5K.
