StreetFront 12 is a 12,000 SF class (11,995 SF) retail shell building with 6 bays, each about 33'-4" wide by 60' deep (about 2,000 SF) with a 24' storefront and its own entry, a rear service door and its own ADA restroom, under a 60' clear span. A 22' parapet hides the single-slope roof, with open steel canopies over the storefronts and one continuous front sidewalk. Demising walls are non-rated and can be left out to combine bays. Delivered as an unconditioned shell, with up to 11,995 conditioned SF after tenant finish-out. No mezzanine is included. Choose from 5 facades (timber, limestone, brick, stucco or steel) and get a shell package sealed for your site by our licensed PE, ready for you to submit for permit review. Same building, your choice of front. Every Shell Series model offers all five facades. Packages from $25K, credited toward the build if Arcco builds it. Repeat building of the same design: $7.5K.
